Colby Abuhoff, Co-Editor

Colby is excited to continue writing for the Somerset Sentinel for his sixth year. He is a proud member of the class of 2023. Originally born in Long Island, New York, he moved to Florida at three years old. In his free time, Colby enjoys photography, spending time with family and friends, biking, and playing various sports including hockey, soccer, baseball, and basketball. In his past years for the Somerset Sentinel, he has written as a Staff Writer, Editorial Editor, Content Editor, and now as Co-Editor-in-Chief. He is extremely active within his academic life, mainly focusing on his AICE/AP classes while balancing a myriad of extracurriculars outside of the classroom. With the coming year ahead, he is looking forward to working with his peers and further developing the Somerset Sentinel.

While studying, students can have several different courses to be studying for at one time. This would then increase, the amount of time that they would spend studying, amplifying the negative effects that come with studying for long periods of time.
