Somerset students have returned to a greater and greener campus for the 2020-2021 school year! Before the doors were open again, school officials decided that it was time for a revamp of the school’s facilities. The light green shade of the doors have been changed to a darker green. The hallways and stairwells have been freshened with light and dark gray paint. “We figured that it would be an ideal time to get some major painting done being that there weren’t much people on the school grounds because of the pandemic”, said Mr. Mark. “Once the doors were completed it seemed to have added an extra flair to the overall color scheme of our school… As the Dean of Discipline and Head of Security throughout the school year, I really look forward to breaking that monotony and taking the opportunity to be involved in managing the facilities here at Somerset Academy Canyons.” These enhancements are just the beginning of a number of improvements our school has planned.
